Modern 5-Layer Co-extrusion Technology
Equipped with a new generation 5-layer simultaneous blown film tower featuring a stacked die block design, enabling precise thickness distribution for each layer (A/B/C/D/E), ensuring absolute flatness without curling.
Automated Auto-Gauge & IBC Control
Integrated with an automatic online thickness scanning sensor (Auto-gauge thickness control with a 2-sigma tolerance ≤ 5%) and an Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC) system to optimize optical clarity.
Professional Manufacturing Environment
The factory, located in Nam Thuan Industrial Park (Tay Ninh), operates in compliance with certified standards, fully meeting the requirements of food packaging and packaging-related industries.
